Job summary

Papigen is seeking an experienced QA Tester with strong Playwright Automation to support modernization of enterprise financial reporting platforms on a secure cloud-native Azure architecture.

The role involves designing automated test suites, functional and non-functional testing, and close collaboration with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in an Agile setup. Experience with AI-assisted testing tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software QA and Test Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright Automation.
• Experience in Unit, Integration, Regression, Performance, and Security Testing.
• Experience with visual regression testing tools such as Chromatic or Percy.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud environments (AKS, APIM, Azure SQL, Storage, Key Vault) preferred.
• Exposure to AI-based testing tools and intelligent automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• ISTQB Certification added plus

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
• Perform unit, integration, regression, performance, and security testing.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining automated test suites, performing functional and non-functional testing, managing test coverage, and ensuring quality throughout the software development lifecycle. This role requires close collaboration with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders in an Agile delivery environment.
