Job summary

InMobi Advertising seeks a Senior Salesforce Engineer to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. You will drive AI-powered features, enforce best practices, and mentor team members in a fast-paced, governance-driven environment.

Join the Salesforce Engineering team to shape AI-enabled workflows across GTM, Sales, and operations while maintaining security and performance standards. This role is based in India with a focus on Enterprise Cloud delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 4+ years of Salesforce development (Lightning Platform).
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, security model.
• Experience with LDV, Governor Limits, and CI/CD (Git/GitHub).
• Exposure to AI/GenAI (Agentforce, Einstein, OpenAI, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Design scalable solutions across Salesforce Clouds.
• Build and integrate AI-powered capabilities (Einstein, GenAI, LLMs).
• Develop advanced Apex frameworks and LWCs.
• Optimize performance (Apex, LWC, LDV).
• Implement secure integrations (APIs, AI/ML services).
• Design data models supporting operational + AI use cases.

What is the team like?

Salesforce Engineering is part of the Enterprise Systems solutions. This team helps to create and manage the Salesforce tools/modules/workflow for in-house teams like GTM, Sales Manager, Account Managers, Business teams for their day-to-day operations.

Skillset:

Salesforce, Apex (Advanced), LWC, Experience Cloud, CI/CD (Copado/GitHub), Event-Driven Architecture, Performance Optimization, Salesforce Einstein / GenAI integrations

What do we expect from you?

Act as a senior salesforce engineer owning design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. Drive AI-powered features, enforce best practices, and mentor team members.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4+ years of Salesforce development (Lightning Platform)
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, security model
• Experience with LDV, Governor Limits, and CI/CD (Git/GitHub)
• Exposure to AI/GenAI (Agentforce, Einstein, OpenAI, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce PD2, Agentforce, or relevant certifications
• Experience with Einstein GPT / AI Cloud / Agentforce
• Event-Driven Architecture (CDC, Platform Events), async processing
• CI/CD tools (Copado, Jenkins, etc.)
• Experience with LLM use cases or prompt engineering
