Job Title: Manager – SC&O Pursuits & GTM

Position Overview

As a Supply Chain Pursuits & GTM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by supporting the GDS supply chain FOP team in identifying opportunities, developing compelling proposals, and delivering impactful solutions for EY member firms. You will leverage your expertise in supply chain management specifically in Procurement, data analysis, and market research to provide valuable insights and solutions that meet our EY membership firms’ unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the partner organizations and SCO functional teams to understand key requirements and develop tailored supply chain solutions for membership firms.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for client or project specific assignments/RFPs.
• Utilize advanced analytics tools such as PowerBI to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.
• Design and automate data reporting processes to streamline operations and enhance decision-making capabilities.
• Develop and deliver high-quality RFP (Request for Proposal) responses that effectively showcase our company's capabilities and value proposition.
• Create compelling presentations and sales collateral using PowerPoint to articulate complex concepts and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
• Drive innovation and creative ideation by proposing novel approaches and strategies to solve clients' supply chain challenges.
• Take ownership of projects and initiatives, demonstrating a high level of self-motivation, and accountability.
• Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management to continuously enhance expertise and add value to client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in supply chain consulting, presales, or a related role, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
• 10 to 12 years of working experience with 8-10 years of Supply chain management experience, specifically in Procurement functions. Experience in managing sourcing and procurement projects at a global scale
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Excel, and Power Automate (formerly known as Microsoft Flow).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions.
• Experience in RFP response creation and proposal development is highly desirable.
• Self-driven and proactive with a passion for learning and professional development.
• Team management and Leadership capabilities.
