Education

MSc - Chemistry | Organic Chemistry or PhD - Organic Chemistry | Polymer Chemistry.

Experience

MSc (5 to 10 yrs) | PhD (2 to 4 yrs)

• Experience in Scale up | Technology transfer and plant trouble shooting.
• Know-how of characterization by various analytical techniques such as NMR, FTIR, GC, LC MS etc. and exposure to new product development, process improvement to achieve desired yield, quality, cost reduction, effluent reduction etc.

Role & responsibilities

• Implement norms for safety culture and 5S in laboratory.
• Improve existing products
• Conduct laboratory findings and derive inference | conclusions
• Adhere to Co | Bu | Fu | department policies and SOPs
• Comply with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Develop new products

Eligibility

• Individuals who have cleared 10th and 12th in first attempt (50% and above)
• MSc | BSc (50% and above), with no academic gap.
