Job summary

Aurigene Oncology Limited in Bangalore is seeking Scientists for Intellectual Property Management to handle patenting related to drug discovery programs.

You will lead patentability and freedom-to-operate searches, draft and file patent applications in India, PCT and abroad, and manage prosecutions for chemical matter, formulations and related topics.

Qualifications

• 8–14 years of experience in patent management or equivalent in pharma/chemistry
• Experience with patent drafting and filing in India, PCT and abroad
• Proven ability to handle patent prosecutions for chemical matter, methods of use and formulations

Responsibilities

• Handle patentability and freedom-to-operate searches for chemical entities and related modalities
• Draft and file patent applications in India, PCT and international jurisdictions
• Manage patent prosecutions related to chemical matter, methods of use, formulations and polymorphs
• Prepare and execute claim amendments across major global jurisdictions
