Job summary

Medulla Recruitment Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled scientific writer to develop and manage medical and scientific communication. The role involves end-to-end publication processes, cross-functional collaboration, and mentorship of junior writers.

You will work in a global environment, building therapeutic area expertise and supporting education content development for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong scientific writing and medical communications experience.
• Experience with publication development (manuscripts, abstracts, posters, presentations).
• Knowledge of publication submission processes and medical education content development.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative global environment.
• Therapeutic area expertise and project management exposure preferred.

• Develop and deliver high-quality scientific and medical communication materials (manuscripts, abstracts, posters, slides, education content).

Job description

Develop and deliver high-quality scientific and medical communication materials including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, slide decks, and educational content.

Manage the end-to-end publication and medical education content development process, including documentation and approvals in PromoMats/iEnvision.

Build and maintain expertise in assigned therapeutic areas and provide scientific support to stakeholders.

Collaborate with medical affairs teams, healthcare professionals, and global stakeholders to understand publication needs and develop impactful content.

Review, coach, and mentor junior scientific writers to ensure quality and consistency.

Conduct publication need analysis and support implementation of publication plans.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of scientific deliverables.

Support medical communication strategies and contribute to best practices within the team.

Required Skills:
