The role requires coordinating with schools, building teacher capacity, and driving data collection and reporting to measure impact.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in STEM education, strong facilitation skills, and experience with assessments, dashboards, and stakeholder engagement.

TheSchool Program Officer (STEM) will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring,and quality assurance of School education programs across assigned schools

Primary Responsibilities:

Reporting Team

• Reporting Designation:Program Manager-STEM
• Bachelor's or Master'sdegree in Science, Engineering,Education, or a related discipline.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teachingqualification will be an added advantage.

Required work experience

• Minimum 3–5 years ofexperience in STEM education, school education projects, teacher training,or CSR education initiatives
• Demonstrated experience inSTEM-related project implementation in schools
• Experience conducting teacherand student assessments
• Experience in monitoring andevaluation, report writing, and stakeholder management

Key Performance Indicators:

• Effective implementation ofSTEM programs across assigned schools
• Improved teacher competencythrough regular training, mentoring, and classroom support
• Timely completion andanalysis of baseline, midline, and end-line assessments
• Increased STEM labutilization and student engagement
• Active Science Clubs andstudent participation in STEM competitions and exposure visits
• High-quality monitoringreports, analytical dashboards, and impact reports for project leadershipand funding partners
• Strong stakeholder engagementand compliance with project quality standards
• Knowledge of NEP 2020,Competency-Based Education, and National Curriculum Framework
• Familiarity with Monitoring& Evaluation and educational impact assessment
• Experience with digital datacollection tools and dashboards
• Strong planning,problem-solving, and organizational skills

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of STEMeducation, experiential learning, and inquiry-based pedagogy
• Excellent facilitation,mentoring, and teacher coaching skills
• Strong analytical and datainterpretation abilities
• Experience with educationalassessments and impact evaluation
• Proficiency in MicrosoftExcel, PowerPoint, Word, and data management tools.
• Excellent report writing anddocumentation skills

Specific requirements

• The role would require travel to the assigned schools in 2-3 neighbouring states on a regular basis
