IFF in Mumbai, India, onsite, seeks a dynamic professional to manage the India fragrance portfolio across categories, olfactive directions and price points. You will analyze portfolio performance, translate consumer trends into priorities, and collaborate with Scent Solution and application teams to deploy fragrance collections.

You will also maintain accurate fragrance data, track portfolio vitality via dashboards, support launches with distributors, and deliver training on olfactive language

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Manage the India fragrance portfolio across categories, olfactive directions and price points, ensuring relevant coverage and addressing gaps or duplication.
• Analyze portfolio performance and customer feedback to recommend fragrances to retain, refresh, add or retire.
• Translate Indian consumer preferences, customer needs and market trends into portfolio priorities and collection opportunities.
• Collaborate with Scent Solution Manager and application teams to select, position and deploy fragrance collections.
• Maintain accurate fragrance information across portfolio platforms and support improvements to digital search and recommendation tools.
• Track portfolio performance, vitality and coverage through reports and dashboards to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support Scent Solutions Managers and distributors with collection launches, selection guidance and market feedback.
• Deliver training on olfactive language, portfolio use and digital tools while collaborating across functions to resolve portfolio needs.
