The annual CTC range for the posts is as follows:

Qualification and Experience

Assistant Manager (Engineer-Civil)

• Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.
• Experience:
  • At least 2 years in the construction/maintenance of multistorey buildings, RCC structures, or other relevant projects.

Assistant Manager (Engineer-Electrical)

• Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years in handling electrical equipment and systems, including UPS, generators, control panels, and more.

GM & Deputy CISO (Infra Security & Special Projects)

• Educational Qualification:
  • BE/BTech in relevant IT or engineering disciplines, MCA, or ME/MTech with specialization in Information Security.
• Experience:
  • At least 20 years in IT, including 10+ years in Infrastructure Security.
• Educational Qualification:
  • BE/BTech in relevant IT or engineering disciplines, MCA, or ME/MTech with specialization in Cybersecurity.
• Experience:
  • 15 years in Information Security, with at least 8 years in Incident Response.

The selected candidates for GM and DGM posts will be appointed on a contractual basis for up to 5 years.
