Job Overview

We are seeking skilled and self‑driven SAP Developers with strong expertise in SAP UI5, CAPM (Cloud Application Programming Model), and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The ideal candidate will work closely with our technical and functional teams to design, build, and optimize cloud‑native enterprise solutions.

The candidate should possess strong problem‑solving abilities, a modern development mindset, and familiarity with leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy SAP UI5 applications with a strong focus on reusability and performance.
• Build scalable backend services using SAP CAPM and integrate with SAP S/4HANA or other enterprise systems.
• Work within the SAP BTP environment, leveraging its services for authentication, connectivity, and application lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality and maintainable solutions.
• Use AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to enhance code quality, documentation, and delivery speed.
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance across front‑end and backend layers.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and provide mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP UI5 / Fiori custom development.
• Solid understanding of CAPM (Node.js) based backend application design and development.
• Working knowledge of SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry, subaccount setup, destinations, connectivity, etc.).
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks to accelerate development workflows.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

• Exposure to SAP Business Process Automation (BPA).
• Basic or advanced understanding of AI agents, their architecture, and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of OData services, Fiori Elements, or integration with external APIs.
• Experience in DevOps practices within SAP BTP (CI/CD, Git, transport management).
