Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP Treasury Lead in Pune to deliver payment solutions on SAP S/4HANA across global implementations. You will configure MBC, BCM, APM, and DMEEX, and integrate Treasury with In-House Cash, Cash Management, and GL. You will run workshops, support SIT/UAT, and coordinate with stakeholders.

The role requires 8+ years of hands-on SAP Treasury experience, with strong S/4HANA Treasury skills and global rollout exposure. SAP Treasury certifications are a plus.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver SAP Treasury Payment solutions on SAP S/4HANA across global implementation and rollout projects.
• Configure and support SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC) and Bank Communication Management (BCM).
• Design, build, and enhance payment formats using DMEEX.
• Implement and support SAP Advanced Payment Management (APM).
• Integrate Treasury processes with In-House Cash, Cash Management, General Ledger, and related SAP modules.
• Configure and support POBO (Payment on Behalf Of) and PINO (Payment in Name Of) payment models.
• Conduct client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, and solution design discussions.
• Support SIT, UAT, go-live activities, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Collaborate with global business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP Treasury Management experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Treasury implementations (ECC-only experience will not be considered).
• Proven experience in multiple end-to-end implementations and global rollout projects.
• Hands-on experience with MBC, BCM, APM, DMEEX, In-House Cash, and Cash Management.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, bank integration, and treasury operations.
• Experience conducting workshops, train-the-trainer sessions, and UAT support.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• SAP Treasury certifications will be an added advantage.
