Job summary

Deloitte Consulting Services in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Consultant to deliver high-quality SAP Treasury & Risk Management solutions. You will mentor team members, coordinate with onsite/offshore teams, and support design, testing, and deployment activities.

Role requires 5-9 years in SAP Finance or TRM, hands-on TRM implementations, and strong analytical/communication skills. Location options include Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Kolkata with daytime IST shifts.

Qualifications

• 5-9 years of experience in SAP Finance or SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)
• Experience in at least 2 end-to-end SAP TRM implementations, including hands-on design and configuration.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, commerce, finance, or business administration.
• SAP training or certification, or one of the following credentials: CA, MBA, PMP, CPA, CTP, FRM, CFA.

Position Summary

As an experienced Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation on the Controllership & Treasury Transformation team, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to implement and support SAP Treasury & Risk Management solutions.
• Customize, test, and enhance SAP applications across design, development, integration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Provide analysis, design, and build support for treasury implementations, including feasibility studies, process reviews, and blueprint development.
• Develop SAP technical architecture and process plans, and support project planning, troubleshooting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to business growth through proposal support, sales support, and coordination activities.

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements

Qualifications

Required

• 5-9 years of experience in SAP Finance or SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in at least 2 end-to-end SAP TRM implementations, including hands-on design and configuration.
• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in engineering, commerce, finance, or business administration.
• SAP training or certification, or one of the following credentials: Chartered Accountant (CA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
• Experience with SAP Treasury modules, including Transaction Manager, Cash Management, Credit Risk Analyzer, Market Risk Analyzer, or Payment Medium Workbench.
• Experience with corporate treasury processes.

Preferred

• Experience working in a Big 4 environment.
• Experience in client-facing project roles.
• Experience with SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cash Management and Bank Account Management.
• Experience with SAP Hedge Management.
