Job summary

MAHLE Holding India Pvt Ltd seeks an experienced IT specialist for the Global Enterprise-Finance Team to support SAP S/4HANA deployment for Treasury and FSCM. You will deliver end-to-end solutions based on MAHLE templates and manage integrations with Coupa, 360T, Infront, Finastra, and SWIFT services.

The role requires strong English communication, 7+ years in SAP Finance/FT and the ability to work in an international, multi-tasking environment with travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance or Computer Science.
• 7+ years of SAP Finance, SAP Treasury & Financial Supply Chain Management implementation experience.
• Experience with S/4HANA including Fiori Apps and banking integrations.
• Strong communication skills in English; able to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as IT specialist within MAHLE Global Enterprise-Finance Team.
• Support SAP S/4HANA deployment for Treasury and FSCM in a lead role.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions based on MAHLE Global Template processes.
• Support satellite treasury systems and integrations (Coupa, 360T, Infront, Finastra, SAP Multibank, EFiS SWIFT).
• Assist upgrades and strategic/local projects in Treasury and FSCM.
• Provide consulting/support via MAHLE Global ITSM for incidents and requests.

Role & responsibilities

• Working as an IT specialist within the MAHLE Global Enterprise-Finance Team.
• Supporting the MAHLE Global SAP (S/4HANA) deployment for SAP Treasury and Financial Supply Chain Management in a leading IT solution owner role.
• Delivering end-to-end solutions based on MAHLEs Global Template processes.
• Support MAHLEs satellite treasury systems and integrations; Coupa - 360T, Infront - market data, Finastra - banking, SAP Multibank-Connectivity and EFiS - SWIFT service bureau.
• Supporting software version upgrades and various other strategic / local projects related to Treasury and Financial Supply Chain Management.
• Providing consulting / support using MAHLEs Global ITSM Solution to manage internal customer incidents and requests.

Preferred candidate profile

• University degree in Finance or Computer Science related field.
• Minimum 7 years of implementation experience in SAP Finance, SAP Treasury & Financial Supply Chain Management.
  & Cash Management in a leading role.
• Minimum 5 year of experience in the following areas: Bank Account Management, Bank Communication Management, Bank Statement Monitor and Reconciliations, Cash Management / IHC, Netting, Loans Management, FX, and Hedging.
• Hands on experience with S/4HANA (including Fiori Apps).
• Experience of banking integration methods: SAP MBC, IDOCs, H2H banking, Lockbox banking etc
• DME Engine configuration knowledge and experience in working with various payment and statement file formats: ISO2022, ACH, CGI, SWIFT MT101, MT940, BAI2, BBVA etc.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP (debug skills and simple programming for BAdI development / user exits).
• Ability to work in a multifaceted international environment, handling various types of tasks in project delivery and support.
• Demonstrate strong communication including both excellent written and spoken English language skills.
• Team player, highly organized, self-driven and task oriented.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Flexibility with project related travel requirements – up to 40%.
