Job summary

Bristlecone in Bangalore is seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management and BN4L Lead to implement, configure, and support SAP TM, covering freight planning, execution, carrier management, and settlement with SAP ERP integration (SD/MM/EWM).

The role requires 8+ years of SAP TM and BN4L integration experience, plus 2 end-to-end TM projects, Activate methodology and Solution Manager expertise, and strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years SAP TM and BN4L integration experience.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end TM project implementations.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Management, IT, or Engineering.
• Certification in SAP TM recommended.
• Activate methodology and Solution Manager experience required.
• Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.

• Ability to conduct customer workshops and design solutions.

An SAP TM and BN4L Integration Job Description involves implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP Transportation Management system to optimize logistics, covering freight planning, execution, carrier management, and settlement, requiring expertise in integration with SAP ERP (SD/MM/EWM), business process analysis (AS-IS/TO-BE), solution design, and user training for shippers, retailers, and logistics providers.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for gathering requirements, conducting and driving design discussions, conducting workshops, demos, advisory sessions, identifying gaps, and devising solutions to cover these gaps in the SAP Transportation Management solution.
• You will be required to lead functional teams in SAP transportation management.
• You will be required to participate in developing and realizing packages and innovative use cases using the latest SAP software and tools.
• You will be required to work with senior and junior stakeholders, drive and lead discussions, and bring solution designs to the table.

Required Skills:

• Experience: 8+ Years SAP TM and BN4L Integration
• Minimum 2 end-to-end project implementations experience in TM. Technical know-how is a nice-to-have.
• Graduate / post-graduate degree in Management, IT, or Engineering, or equivalent in Logistics
• Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, and practical in problem-solving, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Certification in SAP TM is recommended.
• Activate methodology and Solution Manager experience is a must.
• Knowledge of debugging techniques and technical frameworks is desirable but not mandatory.
• Functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud would be an added advantage
• Independently handle techno-functional requirements in large implementation projects and deliver an outcome following the SAP Activate methodology
• Ability to conduct customer workshops, gather requirements, design & execute solutions
