Job summary

Aqilea India is seeking 6+ years experienced SAP Test Engineers for the In-Season Optimization team, focusing on SAP testing across business processes. You will plan, design, execute, and report testing activities, coordinating with business and technical stakeholders to ensure high-quality SAP solutions.

ROLE requires hands-on Functional, SIT, E2E, and UAT testing, with experience in QMetry, Jira, SAP Solution Manager or ALM.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, execute, and report SAP testing across business processes.

• Prepare test execution and defect reports and status updates.

Role Overview

We are looking for 6+ experienced SAP Test Engineers to strengthen our In-Season Optimization team during the upcoming heavy testing period in October. The selected candidates will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and reporting testing activities across SAP business processes and collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and validate SAP business processes, with SAP Retail experience being an added advantage.
• Create and execute Functional, SIT, E2E, and UAT test scenarios and test cases.
• Manage test cases, test execution, traceability, and overall test coverage.
• Log, track, and manage defects throughout the defect lifecycle.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with development/technical teams for defect resolution.
• Use testing and ALM tools such as QMetry, Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and ALM.
• Prepare test execution reports, defect reports, and testing status updates.
• Collaborate effectively with business users, developers, functional teams, and other stakeholders.
• Support testing activities during the October peak testing period and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of SAP business processes.
• Experience in SAP Testing / QA.
• Hands-on experience in Functional, SIT, E2E, and UAT testing.
• Experience with QMetry, Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and/or ALM.
• Strong knowledge of test case management and traceability.
• Good understanding of defect management and root cause analysis.
• Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• SAP Retail experience is an added advantage.
