Job summary

Jeevan Technologies in Bengaluru, Karnataka, invites an SAP Technical Consultant to design, build, and deploy cloud applications on SAP BTP and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. You will focus on clean core-aligned extensions, modern cloud-native practices, and end-to-end automation to enable reliable delivery.

The role requires expertise in CAP, CDS, and integrating SAP with non-SAP systems. You will work across landscapes to deliver secure, scalable solutions using CI/CD and robust governance.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with build automation and DevOps in SAP/cloud environments.
• Deep expertise in SAP BTP services (Cloud Foundry, CAP, HANA Cloud).
• Proven experience with clean core development for S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Strong CDS modeling skills.
• Proficiency in Node.js/JavaScript (preferred) or Python for cloud apps on BTP.
• Experience with Fiori/UI5 and backend integration via OData/REST.
• Experience connecting CAP apps to S/4HANA, HANA Cloud, and external systems via destinations/APIs.
• Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite and Event Mesh; Groovy scripting for complex integrations.
• Hands-on CI/CD tooling experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, SAP CI/CD).
• Knowledge of cloud-native patterns (12-factor, stateless, scalable).

• Model and implement data structures and services using CDS and expose/consume APIs (OData/REST).
• Integrate SAP and third-party systems using SAP Integration Suite, Event Mesh, destinations, and APIs.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows across environments.
• Apply security best practices: authentication/authorization, secure coding, and identity lifecycle management using IAS/IPS.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scalability using SAP BTP tooling.
