Qualifications

• BTech CS/Mech/Electrical or BSc in Physics/Chemistry required.
• 4+ years full-stack development experience.
• 5+ years SAP implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Strong hands‑on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including core HR data configuration and maintenance.
• Experience in implementing and supporting SuccessFactors solutions within technology consulting engagements.
• Ability to work with HR processes and system requirements to configure employee lifecycle functionality effectively.
• Working knowledge of SuccessFactors integration and data handling concepts to support reliable system operations.
• Exposure to SuccessFactors PMGM is preferred and adds value in broader HCM module support and configuration.
