Job summary

ITC Infotech is seeking an experienced SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) 7.2 consultant for hybrid work across Kolkata, Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad. The role requires strong ChaRM/ITSM skills, end-to-end SolMan implementation, and collaborative delivery with business and technical teams.

The candidate will engage stakeholders, gather requirements, design processes, configure, test and implement SolMan solutions in a dynamic, hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) 7.2 with ChaRM/ITSM.
• Strong knowledge of Change Request Management, Incident/Service Management, and Release Management.
• Experience with SolMan setup, LMDB, SLD, Managed System Configuration, Monitoring and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end SolMan solutions and coordinate with business, SAP functional and technical teams.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, design processes, and test solutions.

• Looking for an experienced SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) 7.2 Consultant with strong expertise in ChaRM, ITSM, Solution Documentation, and Test Suite.sap+1
