Wipro is seeking an experienced SAP Solution Design / Deal Architect to lead end-to-end SAP managed services design for large AMS opportunities. The role requires deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ECC, pre-sales, and modern AI-enabled propositions, including GenAI, Joule Studio, and iRPA.
The candidate will drive solution architecture, governance, and client-facing engagements, collaborating with global teams to win strategic deals and implement transformation roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 14+ years of SAP experience in design, pre-sales, delivery, or program management.
- 3+ years leading large SAP S/4HANA Managed Services or AMS programs.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and ECC solutioning; proven large deals experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP solution design and pre-sales for AMS/Managed Support opportunities.
- Design end-to-end solutions covering S/4HANA, ECC, AMS, RISE with SAP, BTP, GenAI.
- Perform ticket analysis, FTE optimization, shift-left, automation assessments.
- Develop solution architecture and transformation roadmaps.
- Lead client presentations and executive discussions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, SAP Alliance, and Innovation teams to drive deals.
- Leverage GenAI, Joule Studio, Joule Agents, iRPA in propositions.
- Support SAP transformation scenarios: Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Solution Design / Deal Architect with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Pre-Sales, AMS/Managed Support Services, and Solutioning.
Manditory: Mandatory experience in Managed Support Services, and Solutioning.
The role will be responsible for understanding client requirements, designing end-to‑end SAP managed services solutions, supporting large deal pursuits, performing ticket/FTE optimization, presenting solutions to senior stakeholders, and incorporating GenAI, SAP Business AI/Joule, SAP BTP, automation, and RISE with SAP into value propositions.
- Lead SAP solution design and pre-sales for large AMS/Managed Support opportunities.
- Design E2E solutions covering SAP S/4HANA, ECC, AMS, RISE with SAP, SAP BTP and GenAI.
- Perform detailed ticket analysis, FTE optimization, shift-left, automation and elimination assessments.
- Develop solution architecture, operating models, commercial propositions and transformation roadmaps.
- Lead client presentations, discovery sessions, solution demonstrations and executive discussions.
- Engage with CIOs, VP-IT/SAP, CFOs and other senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, SAP Alliance and Innovation teams to drive deal conversion.
- Leverage SAP Business AI, Joule, Joule Studio, Joule Agents, iRPA and GenAI in managed-services propositions.
- Support SAP transformation scenarios including Greenfield, Brownfield and Bluefield.
- Drive case studies, reusable solutions, accelerators, thought leadership and solution-design standards.
- 14+ years of overall SAP experience across Solution Design, Pre-Sales, Consulting, Delivery and/or Program Management.
- Minimum 3+ years leading large SAP S/4HANA Managed Support / AMS opportunities or programs.
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA and ECC solutioning.
- Proven experience in winning or supporting large SAP Managed Services deals.
- Expertise in at least one SAP business area such as:
- Order to Cash
- Source to Pay
- Design to Operate
- Good exposure to RISE with SAP, SAP BTP and SAP Business AI.
- Knowledge of Ariba, Concur, IBP and SuccessFactors is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of GenAI, AI/ML, Joule and intelligent automation/iRPA.
- Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, SaaS, PaaS and IaaS models.
- Excellent client-facing, storytelling, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Cross-industry and global experience preferred.
