Job summary

Deloitte Development LLC is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Enterprise Security practice in Bengaluru. You will focus on SAP Security, GRC, and SAP S/4HANA security across ERP environments, helping clients strengthen their technical backbone during digital transformation.

You will contribute to project delivery, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with delivery managers to design, implement, and test security controls, ensuring alignment with leading practices and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience with SAP Security and SAP GRC 10.x/12.x Access Control modules in S4/Hana.
• Experience in SAP S/4Hana or ECC security assessments and implementations.
• Security experience with SAP Fiori, BI, SRM, CRM, SCM and HR is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP user provisioning and security maintenance.
• Understanding of Segregation of Duties frameworks.

• Assist Delivery Managers and Advisors on client requests.
• Research client inquiries and issues.

Work you’ll do:

As a Consultant, you will be supporting the team/clients with their Cyber needs specifically helping them address Application Security concerns and navigate the journey on the SAP Platform. This will include:

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience with SAP Security SAP GRC 10.x/ 12.x Access Control modules S4/Hana, etc.
• Experience in full cycle SAP S/4 or ECC Security assessments, design, and implementations as well as understanding of leading practices as it relates to ERP security.
• Security experience with SAP Fiori, BI, SRM, CRM, SCM and HR a plus
• Understand leading practices as it relates to SAP Security, and provide recommendations to clients on security role design and implementation
• Knowledge of SAP user provisioning and security maintenance
• Good understanding of Segregation of Duties frameworks
• Ability to design, implement, and test SAP automated, manual, security, and segregation of duty controls
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• Certifications such as: CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification a plus
• Big 4 experience
