Jobskey Search and Selection is hiring a SAP Security Consultant to support enterprise SAP environments, ensure secure access management, and deliver cyber security services across GRC and S/4HANA. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP Security production support and SLA-driven service delivery.
• Troubleshoot SAP Security issues: roles, authorizations, GRC workflows, Fiori security.
• Perform provisioning, role maintenance, access reviews, and audit remediation.
• Conduct SoD analysis and remediation recommendations.
• Investigate incidents via root-cause analysis and preventive solutions.
• Coordinate with delivery managers, clients, and technical teams.
• Follow ITIL incident, problem, change processes.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, runbooks, audit readiness.
• Mentor junior team members on SAP Security processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SAP Security production support and ensure SLA‑driven service delivery.
• Troubleshoot SAP Security issues related to roles, authorizations, GRC workflows, and SAP Fiori security.
• Perform user provisioning, role maintenance, access reviews, and audit remediation activities.
• Conduct segregation of duties (SoD) analysis and recommend remediation strategies.
• Investigate recurring incidents through root‑cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
• Coordinate with delivery managers, clients, and technical teams to resolve security issues efficiently.
• Follow ITIL‑based incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and ensure audit readiness.
• Mentor and support junior team members on SAP Security processes and tools.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in SAP Security.
• Strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control (10.x / 12.x).
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA Security.
• Hands‑on experience with role design & maintenance, user administration & provisioning, authorization management, SoD analysis & remediation, audit & compliance support.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, or similar ITSM tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• SAP Fiori security (catalogs, groups & role management).
• SAP BTP security.
• SAP IAS / IPS.
• SAP BI, SRM, CRM, SCM, MDG, BOBJ, HR security.
• Big 4 consulting experience.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, ITIL Foundation.
