Position Overview

NTT DATA is looking for a SAP Security Consultant in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The role requires working flexible shifts (6 AM–2 PM, 2 PM–10 PM, 10 PM–6 AM). The consultant will manage SAP GRC and SAP Security modules, interact with US clients and support multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide end‑user support for SAP applications and translate user needs into test plans.
• Participate in application implementation and test end‑user processes.
• Run reports in response to client inquiries.
• Assist in creating presentations and other training materials.
• Interact with both internal and external clients to convey information.
• Develop customized queries and reports using table matrices.
• Analyze business and user needs, documenting requirements with minimal guidance.
• Log and track work tickets with external vendors or support organizations.
• Implement and support SAP Security and GRC modules, handling related issues.
• Communicate directly with US clients to gather requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least two SAP GRC implementations.
• At least 6 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP Security modules.
• Strong knowledge of SAP GRC, SAP Security, and related modules.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to translate between non‑technical business users and technical IT resources.
• Organizational and time‑management skills and ability to work in multiple shifts.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Standard office duties with occasional overnight domestic or international travel expected.
