Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Infoscion to join the delivery team, focusing on quality assurance, issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction. You will interface with clients, understand requirements, review designs, validate architecture, and contribute to scalable technology solutions.

You will help with project estimation, risk planning, code reviews, and unit test plans, leading teams toward high quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance and client interfacing.
• Understanding of architecture, design fundamentals, and estimation.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project lifecycle activities.
• Familiarity with testing tools and software quality assurance principles.
• Analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.

• As part of the Infosys delivery team, your primary role would be to interface with the client for quality assurance, issue resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
