Job summary

NTT DATA Business Solutions is seeking an SAP SD Public Cloud Consultant to translate business requirements into SAP SD configurations within the S/4HANA Public Cloud environment. You will design and support end-to-end O2C processes, spanning shipping, billing, credit management, and intercompany sales, while aligning with CBC and SSCUI standards.

The role involves participating in Fit-to-Standard workshops, working with global teams, and mentoring junior consultants to ensure successful project

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of SAP SD consulting experience.
• Minimum 1-2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
• Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand business requirements related to Sales, Distribution, Logistics, and Customer Service processes.
• Configure and implement SAP SD in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Design and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

Key Responsibilities

• SAP SD Functional Responsibilities Analyze and understand business requirements related to Sales, Distribution, Logistics, and Customer Service processes.
• Configure and implement SAP SD solutions in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Design and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

Configure and support:

• Shipping and Transportation, Billing and Invoicing, Credit Management
• Returns and Claims Management, Intercompany Sales Processes

Public Cloud Implementation Responsibilities

• Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops.
• Configure business processes using CBC (Central Business Configuration).
• Perform configuration activities through SSCUI.
• Support scope item activation and business process adoption.
• Ensure alignment with SAP Public Cloud best practices.
• Support quarterly release impact assessments and testing.

Integration Responsibilities

• Work closely with:
• SAP MM, SAP EWM, SAP PP, SAP FICO, SAP TM, SAP GTS, SAP IBP
• Ensure seamless integration across Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes.

Testing & Support

• Prepare Functional Specifications for enhancements.
• Conduct Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
• Support defect analysis and issue resolution.
• Participate in Hypercare and Production Support activities.
• Ensure smooth cutover and go-live activities.

Stakeholder Management

• Facilitate workshops with business users and client stakeholders.
• Provide solution demos and training sessions.
• Collaborate with global teams across different time zones.
• Guide junior consultants and support project delivery activities.

Mandatory Experience

• 6 to 10 years of SAP SD consulting experience. Minimum 1-2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
• Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Experience in Global Rollout, Greenfield, or Transformation projects.
• Client-facing consulting experience.
• Experience in AMS and Production Support environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Management, or related field.SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Sales Certification.
• SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Certification preferred.
• MBA or Supply Chain certification is an added advantage.
