• Configure SAP SD modules including pricing, billing, sales orders, contracts, delivery, and logistics fulfillment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define functional specifications and process enhancements.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP SD with other modules like MM, FI, and PP.
• Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot system issues, provide end-user support, and handle SD-related change requests.
• Prepare documentation including functional specifications, test cases, and process flows.
• Participate in full lifecycle implementations, migrations, and enhancement projects.
