Job summary

Taggd is seeking an experienced SAP SD professional in Mumbai to lead service delivery for Sales & Distribution, Pricing management and Transportation Management.

The role requires hands-on expertise in SAP SD, IDOC interfaces, Rebates, complex pricing, and cross-functional collaboration with integration teams across global clients.

You will own configuration, develop functional specs, and drive KPI/SLA compliance while mentoring junior team members in a multi-cultural, offshore-onsite setup.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP SD with 10–12 years of experience and strong distribution knowledge.
• Experience in IDOC interfaces, rebates, complex pricing, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Exposure to overseas clients (Europe/US) and offshore–onsite delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP SD services including pricing management, shipping, and transportation processes.
• Configure SAP SD components and write functional specs for enhancements.
• Coordinate with integration teams and external vendors; manage OSS notes and issue resolution.

Job description

We are looking for experienced SAP SD professionals with 10–12 years of relevant SAP SD experience.

Job Purpose/Summary:

The role is responsible for service Delivery related to Sales & Distribution, Pricing management & Transportation Management

Handson experience in cross collaboration with integration & Third-Party ancillary team

Exposure working in IDOC, interfaces, Rebate & Complex pricing structure. Exposure on Transportation Management is required & added advantage. Exposure working on complex development & building complex solutions in sales & Distribution space

• - Minimum 8- 12 Years of IT industry Relevant experience.
• - Minimum 6-8 years of SAP SD experience.
• - Relevant SAP Certification would be an added advantage.
• - At least 2 Full Life Cycle Implementations/ Roll- Outs experience.
• - Project oriented with experience in project methodology
• - Should have worked on SAP SD Business processes (Third Party/Rebate/Intercompany Sales/Stock Transfer/ATP. etc)
• - Well versed with Sales/Delivery/PGI/Billing/Outputs/Pricing processes including Configuration.
• - Worked on LSMW and other manual activity related to Cus-Mat/Condition Record Data maintenance.- Must have worked on Overseas Client especially Europe , US region- Must have worked on IDOC/EDI Process.- Must have worked on Interfaces with different systems/applications whereby the data being getting exchange from SAP to Third Party sys & Vice a Versa.
• - Worked on Shipment/Logistic processes used in SD.
• - Exposure to Ticketing Tool like Service Now is an added advantage.- Basic ABAP Debugging Skills would be an addd advantage.

Required Experience:

• - Experience implementing User Exit, BADIs, or Enhancements to further customize out-of-the-box solutions in SAP SD.
• - Experience on working in SD Shipping & Transportation areas including Service Billing
• - Experience on working on SAP-SD Functionalities like Pricing, Condition Techniques, Rebates, ATP, Scheduling Etc.- Expert knowledge in SD Sales activities like Inquiry, Quotation, Contract, Scheduling & Billing.-- Expert knowledge on Output/Printing Forms for Sales , Shipping & Billing activities
• - Experience with writing functional specifications and test scripts, and experienced on working on custom reports.
• - Must have performed detailed configuration of SAP SD module including development of various specialized reports.
• - Worked on LSMW and other manual activity related to Cus-Mat Data maintenance.
• - Good understanding of cross modules (FI/MM)
• - Able to research SAP issues through OSS, evaluating, applying and testing OSS notes.
• - Can work independently and manage task individually.
• - Take ownership. Hands-on exposure to ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or equivalent.
• Exposure to monitoring/observability tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, CloudWatch, or equivalent.
