Tech Mahindra in PAN India is seeking an experienced SAP SAC Planning Consultant to support, enhance, and expand the SAC Planning landscape, partnering with Finance and business stakeholders to implement planning enhancements and onboard new group companies.

The role focuses on day-to-day SAC planning support, data actions, allocations, calendars, and workflows, with emphasis on delivering accurate budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting while maintaining system stability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP SAC Planning implementations and strong business process knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with SAC planning models, data actions, allocations, and workflow.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Experience integrating SAC with Datasphere and supporting live SAC environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP SAC Planning applications.
• Analyze and resolve planning, reporting, data integration, and system issues.
• Gather business requirements and implement planning enhancements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, revenue, cost, CAPEX, and workforce planning.
• Extend SAC Planning models and functionalities for new group companies.
• Configure and maintain planning models, data actions, allocations, calendars, and workflows.
• Support month-end, forecast, and annual budgeting cycles.
• Coordinate with users during UAT, training, and production support activities.
• Ensure system stability and data accuracy, adhering to planning best practices.

Position: SAP SAC Planning Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SAC Planning Consultant to support, enhance, and expand our existing SAC Planning landscape. The consultant will be responsible for providing functional and technical support, implementing enhancement requests, and onboarding newly acquired companies into the Group's planning processes. The role requires strong business process knowledge and the ability to work closely with Finance and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP SAC Planning applications.
• Analyze and resolve planning, reporting, data integration, and system issues.
• Gather business requirements and implement planning enhancements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, revenue, cost, CAPEX, and workforce planning processes.
• Extend existing SAC Planning models and functionalities for newly onboarded group companies.
• Configure and maintain planning models, data actions, allocations, calendars, and planning workflows.
• Support month-end, forecast, and annual budgeting cycles.
• Coordinate with business users during UAT, training, and production support activities.
• Ensure system stability, data accuracy, and adherence to planning best practices.

Mandatory Skills

• Experience onboarding new business entities or companies into existing planning solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP Datasphere.
• SAP SAC Planning Certification preferred.
