Job summary

Ralson is seeking a SAP BI/Data Analytics professional to develop data models, views, and data flows in SAP Datasphere, and to build interactive SAC dashboards. You will gather MIS requirements, integrate SAP and non-SAP sources, and ensure data governance across reporting initiatives.

Role involves validating data, optimizing performance, and supporting UAT, go-live, and post-implementation enhancements in collaboration with Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop data models, views, and data flows in SAP Datasphere.
• Support MIS and reporting automation by gathering requirements.
• Build interactive dashboards and stories in SAC.
• Integrate SAP and non-SAP data sources (S/4HANA, BW, third-party systems).
• Support live and import connections in SAC.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Plant teams for reporting needs.
• Support UAT, go-live, and post-implementation enhancements.
• Maintain documentation and ensure data governance compliance.
