Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is recruiting for a senior revenue recognition specialist in Mumbai to manage IFRS 15/ASC 606 and US GAAP compliance.

You will drive RAR integration with FI, leverage parallel ledger concepts, and contribute to SAP FICO implementation efforts. Responsibilities include analyzing client needs, delivering functional specifications, and configuring SAP to align with revenue accounting requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 8+ years of experience in Revenue Recognition area.
• Understanding of IFRS 15 (ASC 606), Revenue Accounting and US GAAP.
• Experience with integration of RAR with FI and parallel ledger concepts.
• Planning and executing SAP Implementation Development Support activities related to SAP FICO with RAR.
• Ability to understand client requirements, provide solutions, create functional specs and configure the system accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue recognition activities and ensure compliance with IFRS 15, ASC 606 and US GAAP.
• Coordinate SAP FICO with RAR to support implementation and development
• Plan and execute SAP implementation/support activities in FICO with RAR focus
• Analyze client needs, propose solutions, prepare functional specifications, and configure SAP accordingly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate revenue reporting and integration with FI modules.

• At least 8+ year experience working in Revenue Recognition area, coupled with a good understanding of different Revenue Recognition scenarios.
• Experience working with New Revenue Recognition standards IFRS 15 (ASC 606), Revenue Accounting, Results analysis, US GAAP
• Integration of RAR with FI and expertise in parallel ledger concepts
• Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation Development Support activities regard to SAP FICO with RAR
• Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly.
