Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking an SAP QM Functional Consultant with 5+ years of experience to drive data migration initiatives across LTIMindtree locations. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define data requirements, designing loading objects, and developing LTMOM-based migration programs for S/4HANA QM modules.

Ideal candidates will have strong data governance experience, excellent communication skills, and a track record of successful data migration projects in hybrid work

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP QM, including master and transactional data
• Proven track record in Data Migration projects
• Strong understanding of QM objects in S/4HANA and related data design

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and constraints
• Define the scope of data migration objects with relevant stakeholders
• Review data design and specifications to finalize loading field requirements
• Develop custom load programs in S4 HANA using LTMOM
• Prepare functional specification documents for data migration objects
• Coordinate pre and post load activities for QM migration objects and resolve issues
• Ensure data integrity and consistency throughout migration
• Troubleshoot data migration challenges promptly
• Oversee development and testing of data migration tools for SAP DM Cockpit and S/4HANA implementations
• Plan and coordinate actual data loads with cutover activities
• Identify and manage sequencing of data objects for migration

Job Description:

SAP QM Consultant

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and constraints

Define the scope of data migration objects in coordination with relevant stakeholders

Review data design and specification documents to finalize loading field requirements in collaboration with data analysts and the data design lead team

Communicate source and target field requirements to the DSP team

Determine appropriate loading mechanisms for migration objects based on data design

Develop custom load programs in S4 HANA using LTMOM

Prepare functional specification documents for data migration objects

Coordinate pre and post load activities for QM migration objects and resolve any issues that arise

Ensure data integrity accuracy and consistency throughout the migration process

Troubleshoot and resolve data migration challenges promptly

Work closely with IT business teams and system integrators on migration activities

Act as an experienced QM consultant on data migration and governance projects including data cleansing validation development testing and execution

Manage data cleansing and collection reporting with the Data Migration Team and business stakeholders

Oversee development and testing of data migration tools for SAP Data Migration Cockpit S4 HANA implementations

Plan and coordinate actual data loads ensuring alignment with overall cutover planning

Identify and manage sequencing of data objects for migration

Experience

Over 6 years of experience in SAP QM with strong expertise in both master data and transactional data

Proven track record in Data Migration projects

Indepth understanding of technical details at field and table levels for QM objects

Skilled in S4HANA QM configuration and Fiori applications

Excellent communication and relationship building abilities

Strong collaborator capable of working across program teams bridging Business and IT and operating independently

Experienced in hybrid work environments involving internal and external resources across multiple geographies

Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain processes and related business outcomes within the relevant capability area

Solid understanding of GxP and SOX compliance requirements with handson experience in validated environments
