Job summary

Strada Inc. in Hyderabad invites a SAP HCM Czech Republic Payroll Consultant to design and support payroll solutions across modules in SAP HR. You will ensure accurate payroll processing, configuration, testing, and client support across environments.

We seek candidates with 3+ years in SAP HCM Payroll, knowledge of payroll schema, and ability to work across development, test, and production. Eligible for global deployments; strong analytical and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of one or several SAP HR modules including payroll and time.
• SAP HCM Payroll with minimum 3+ years of experience.
• Ability to estimate time and parametrize solutions from requirements.
• Experience working on multiple projects across environments (Dev/Test/Prod).

Responsibilities

• Define and implement SAP HR/payroll solutions per requirements.
• Adapt and parametrize the SAP system for payroll processing.
• Perform unit testing and validate parametrization results.
• Provide client support and ensure correct system functioning.
