Job summary

EY is seeking a skilled SAP EPPM Consultant to design, implement, and optimize SAP S/4HANA EPPM across the organization. You will work with business and onshore teams to demonstrate and deploy EPPM capabilities within SAP modules like PPM, PS, and CPM, ensuring alignment with best practices.

You will contribute to digital transformation initiatives, build dashboards for portfolio visibility, and deliver training to business stakeholders while maintaining data quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), preferably in engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years of SAP PS/EPPM experience and at least 1 end-to-end implementation.
• SAP Certification in SAP PS is preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA EPPM or PS implementations.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP S/4HANA modules including PPM, PS, CPM, and related integrations.
• Drive deployment activities from requirements to documentation.
• Collaborate with PMO/Business to translate governance into SAP EPPM features.
• Create dashboards and reporting for portfolio visibility and KPIs.
• Deliver user trainings and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and data quality.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled SAP EPPM Consultant to support the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management solutions across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with business and on shore team to demonstrate and implement SAP S/4HANA EPPM capabilities.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to digital transformation initiatives and enable project excellence across multiple industries.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Configure SAP S/4HANA modules including PPM (Portfolio & Project Management), PS (Project System), CPM (Commercial Project Management), and related FICO/Procurement and other downstream integrations.
• Drive deployment activities including requirement analysis, system configuration, testing, UAT support, and documentation.
• Collaborate with PMO/Business teams to translate project governance requirements into SAP EPPM functionalities.
• Create dashboards and reporting structures for portfolio visibility, KPIs, risks, project status, and operational metrics.
• Deliver user training, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions across business teams.
• Ensure alignment with SAP best practices, data quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

Skills And Attributes For Success

Ideally, you’ll also

• Have experience in SAP S/4HANA Greenfield or Brownfield implementations for EPPM or PS.
• Bring domain expertise in any of the sectors like Engineering, Construction, IT Services, Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Business Processes
• Good understanding of functional/domain knowledge
• Researches, identifies and recommends industry best practices for solving business problems
• Implementation Methodology
• Hands on experience in configuration
• Controlling Functions in PS EPPM
• Have experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations for EPPM and PS.
• Have good experience in working with Project Systems, integration of PPM with Project Systems like Attribute Synchronisation, Status synchronisation & integration of CPM with Project Systems.
• Have good experience in Project management like Project Structure. Resource management, Phase approvals, accounting integrations of Project management.
• Have good experience in Portfolio management like items, Proposals, Initiatives, Reviews. And sub functions like Financial planning, Financial KPIs, Decision points and.
• Data Migration with LSMW/BDC
• Expected to have experience in Client Facing roles and proven delivery quality under tight project timelines

• Have good experience in Portfolio management like items, Proposals, Initiatives, Reviews. And sub functions like Financial planning, Financial KPIs, Decision points and.
• Knowledge on ABAP debugging.
• Knowledge on Integration Modules like MM / FI-CO will be an added advantage.
• Bring domain expertise in any of the sectors like Engineering, Construction, IT Services, Manufacturing.
• Should have good written & communication skills.
• Should able to handle the client individually.
