Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior SAP PS professional to join our Global Delivery Services in India. You will work on SAP PS and PPM, integrate with FI/HCM, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value for clients.

The role emphasizes requirements gathering, design, configuration, and ongoing support, with a focus on project systems integration, cost and revenue planning, and portfolio management. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of SAP Projects System (PS) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
• Good configuration knowledge of PS structures - WBS, standard structures, user status profiles and Master Data.
• PPM: Portfolio definition, buckets, Initiatives Management, Financial and Capacity Planning, Resource Planning and SAP PPM integration with SAP applications (PS, FI, HCM).
• Proficient in Cost and Revenue planning and budgeting.
• Experience: 3-5 years in relevant roles.
• Period end processing and Project Settlement.
• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills.

• Proven knowledge on Results Analysis - Cost based and Revenue Based methods.
• Portfolio definition, buckets, Initiatives Management, Financial and Capacity Planning, Resource Planning and SAP PPM integration with SAP applications (PS, FI, HCM).
• Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
• Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design and support development of custom enhancements in PS, PPM and integration area.
• Good exposure on interaction with business users.
• Good communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
