Incerebrum is looking for a skilled SAP PM Consultant based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of SAP experience, including at least two implementations of SAP ERP ECC 6.0. Responsibilities include reconfiguring Maintenance Orders and aligning SAP Plant Maintenance with Network Activity-based execution models to enhance asset health analytics.

The consultant will also manage integrations with PS, MM, and FICO, develop reports, and implement budget controls. A strong foundation in SAP PM configuration is essential for this role.

Qualifications

Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated SAP PM Consultant with 7 to 12 years of experience in SAP, including at least two SAP ERP ECC 6.0 implementation or re-engineering projects. The role involves aligning SAP Plant Maintenance with Network Activity–based execution models, integrating with PS, MM, and FICO, and enabling advanced asset lifecycle management through Asset Health Index (AHI), Remaining Useful Life (RUL), and CAPEX optimization capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconfigure Maintenance Orders to integrate with SAP PS Networks and Network Activities instead of WBS elements.
• Enable Network Activity-based account assignment and ensure cost capture at activity level for labor, materials, and services.
• Align PM-MM integration for material reservations, goods movements, and service procurement against Network Activities.
• Configure time and activity confirmations aligned with Network Activity tracking.
• Revise PM Order settlement rules to settle costs to Network Activities.
• Implement budget control and availability checks at Network Activity level.
• Enhance PM reporting and MIS for activity-wise visibility of costs, progress, and settlements.
• Implement SAP correction notes, user exits, BAdIs, and enhancements for PM–PS–MM–FICO integration.
• Enhance Equipment and Functional Location master data with asset attributes required for AHI and RUL.
• Standardize and enforce failure data structures including damage codes, cause codes, and activity codes.
• Configure condition monitoring using measurement points, inspection lots, and integration with external systems.
• Align maintenance strategies and task lists with AHI thresholds and RUL outputs.
• Enhance work order prioritization based on asset health, criticality, and risk.
• Enable integration with SAP PS for refurbishment and replacement projects.
• Support CAPEX optimization using maintenance history, failure trends, and lifecycle data.
• Ensure cost traceability for lifecycle analysis at asset level.
• Develop dashboards and reports for AHI, RUL, maintenance backlog, and CAPEX planning.
• Implement APIs and enhancements for integration with external analytics platforms.
