Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a SAP MM Senior Associate to implement, configure, and maintain SAP MM within Advisory, with focus on procurement, inventory management, and Procure-to-Pay support.

The role includes leading workstreams, guiding juniors, and collaborating across global PwC teams, contributing to S/4HANA conversion efforts and cross-module integration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Materials Management workstreams across purchase-to-pay, inventory management, and procurement transformation activities.
• Analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate findings into functional solutions and configuration inputs.
• Configure SAP MM processes for material master, purchasing, account determination, invoice verification, and stock transport scenarios.
• Support SAP S/4HANA brownfield conversion activities, including vendor master harmonization, open PO migration, and GR/IR alignment.
• Facilitate fit-gap sessions, prepare workshop materials, and document blueprint decisions for client review.
• Develop process flows in Visio and create process definitions and business process procedures.
• Coordinate testing activities by preparing test scripts, validating changes, and supporting post-upgrade testing.
• Integrate SAP MM with FI, SD, FICO, EWM, and Ariba solutions to support end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Interact with client stakeholders and onsite teams to provide status updates and address issues.
• Apply analytical thinking and AI-enabled tooling to improve process design, data quality, and user experience.

As a SAP MM Senior Associate you will focus on implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP Materials Management solutions within our Advisory practice, with emphasis on procurement, inventory management, and Procure-to-Pay process support. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex client needs, manage assigned workstreams, support fit-gap sessions, and guide junior team members while building meaningful client connections and deepening your technical skills. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to SAP S/4HANA conversion efforts, develop process flows and design documents, prepare test scripts, and support integrations across MM, SD, FICO, EWM, and external applications while collaborating across global teams from PwC Acceleration Center India.

• Interacting with client stakeholders and onsite teams to provide status updates, clarify solution direction, and address functional issues
• Applying analytical thinking and AI-enabled tooling to improve process design, data quality, and user experience

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Procurement solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement, SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, or related spend management credentials
• Demonstrating SAP MM configuration experience across purchasing and inventory management
• Leading procure-to-pay workstreams within SAP S/4HANA brownfield transformations
• Translating client requirements into functional specifications and process flows
• Creating blueprint decks, PDDs, BPPs, and Visio process maps
• Applying FI-MM, SD, FICO, and EWM integration knowledge
• Navigating client-facing workshops, status updates, and testing activities
