Job summary

AplusA Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad is seeking an SAP MM Consultant to design, configure, and support SAP MM solutions aligned with business requirements and end-to-end P2P processes.

The role involves SAP MM configuration, integration with SAP FI and external systems, and delivering enhancements, reports, and interfaces to optimize procurement and inventory management. 3-6 years of experience in SAP MM and related modules is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with PR, PO, contracts and scheduling agreements.
• Knowledge of pricing procedures and condition techniques.
• Understanding of SAP MM-FI integration and automatic account determination.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and propose non-standard SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support SAP MM based on business requirements.
• Gather requirements from business users and prepare functional specifications.
• Analyze business gaps and recommend standard SAP solutions or custom developments where required.
• Work with ABAP and technical teams on WRICEF objects, validations, custom reports, enhancements, and interfaces.
• Support end-to-end procurement and inventory management processes.
• Troubleshoot SAP MM issues and provide effective, permanent solutions.
• Coordinate with SAP FI, SD, PP, QM, and technical teams for integration and issue resolution.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
• Prepare functional documentation and conduct end-user training.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend suitable SAP solutions.

Job Purpose:

To design, congure, implement, and support SAP Materials Management (MM) solutions aligned with business requirements, ensuring ecient end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P), procurement, and inventory management processes. The role involves SAP MM congura¢on and customiza¢on, integra¢on with SAP FI and external systems, and delivering enhancements, reports, workows, and custom developments to op¢mize business opera¢ons. The consultant will analyze business requirements, resolve func¢onal issues, and propose eec¢ve SAP solu¢ons to improve process eciency and meet organiza¢onal objec¢ves.

Essen¢al Du¢es and Responsibili¢es:

Key Responsibili¢es

Required Skills and Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of SAP MM and end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration and customization.
• Good understanding of purchasing, inventory management, and procurement processes.
• Experience with Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), release strategies, contracts, and scheduling agreements.
• Knowledge of pricing procedures, condition techniques, and price determination.
• Understanding of SAP MMFI integration and automatic account determination.
• Experience in service procurement, invoice verification, and special procurement processes.
• Knowledge of material master, vendor/business partner master data, and purchasing info records.
• Good understanding of WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms).
• Experience in business validations, custom reports, enhancements, and custom developments based on business requirements.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and propose non-standard SAP solutions when standard functionality does not meet business needs.
• Knowledge of SAP interfaces and integration with third-party or external systems.
• Understanding of goods movements, stock transfers, physical inventory, and purchasing document output.

• SAP MM training or certification is preferred.
