Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP Ariba MM Lead with 8+ years of hands-on experience to support Source-to-Pay initiatives across India. The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and the Source Procurement Functional Lead to ensure timely delivery of MM and Ariba solutions.

The ideal consultant will analyze requirements, design configurations, and prepare functional specs while working in a full-time, PAN India-hybrid setup.

• 8-10 years of SAP functional consulting experience with strong expertise in Source-to-Pay processes.

Responsabilités

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA MM solutions.
• Design, configure, test, and support change requests and enhancements in Source-to-Pay.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and the Source Procurement Functional Lead.
• Prepare high-quality Functional Specifications, process documentation, and support WRICEF designs.
• Work with ABAP developers and integration teams during development, testing, and deployment.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and production deployment activities.
• Advise on standard SAP best practices, minimizing custom developments.

• *SAP Ariba SAP Materials Management (MM) Functional Consultant** **Role Summary** We are seeking an experienced **SAP Ariba and SAP Materials Management (MM) Functional Consultant** with 8-10 years of relevant experience to support ongoing change initiatives within the Source-to-Pay landscape.
• The consultant will be responsible for delivering business-driven enhancements and change requests across SAP Ariba solutions and SAP S/4HANA Materials Management. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and the Source Procurement Functional Lead to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions aligned with business priorities.
• The consultant is expected to work full-time (5 days per week) and be available during European business hours. Key Responsibilities - Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA MM solutions. - Design, configure, test, and support change requests and enhancements within the Source-to-Pay landscape. - Provide functional expertise across SAP Ariba modules, including SAP Business Network. - Administer and maintain SAP Ariba templates, questionnaires, workflows, approval processes, and system configuration. -
• Hands‑on experience in SAP MM covering Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P), Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, and Master Data. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to conduct workshops, gather requirements, document processes, and validate proposed solutions. -
• Prepare high‑quality Functional Specifications (FS), process documentation, and support WRICEF design and delivery activities. -
• Work closely with ABAP developers and integration teams during development, testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post‑go‑live stabilization. -
• Assess business impacts and recommend standard SAP best‑practice solutions, minimizing custom developments whenever possible. - Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and production deployment activities.
• Required Skills Experience - 8-10 years of SAP functional consulting experience with strong expertise in Source-to-Pay processes.
