Job summary

Teamware Solutions Inc. is seeking a senior SAP MDG lead to drive end‑to‑end MDG design and delivery across Customer, Business Partner, Supplier, Material, and Finance domains.

You will lead workshops, architecture, and technical designs, ensuring quality and alignment with client goals. The role requires 5–7 years of hands‑on MDG experience and 2 full MDG implementations, with strong integration expertise (IDoc, REST, OData) and OO ABAP.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of total SAP experience with at least 5–7 years of hands‑on SAP MDG experience.
• Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP MDG implementations, preferably on SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong techno‑functional experience across at least 2 MDG data models (MDG-C, MDG-S, MDG-M, MDG-F, MDG-BP).
• Hands‑on experience in SAP MDG configuration including Data Modeling, UI Modeling, Process Modeling, Change Request Types, Workflow, BRFplus, validations, derivations, and duplicate checks.
• Experience designing and implementing rule‑based workflows, including agent determination, workflow routing, approvals, rejections, and escalation logic.
• Strong hands‑on experience with integration and replication technologies including DRF, DIF, IDoc, ALE, SOA Services, REST APIs, and OData APIs.
• Proficiency in technical troubleshooting, debugging, and performance analysis across SAP MDG and S/4HANA.
• Hands‑on experience with OO ABAP, BAdIs, Enhancements, FPM configurations, feeder classes, and BRFplus.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA master data structures for Material, Business Partner, Customer, Supplier, and Finance domains.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

What You Must Have

• Hands‑on technical experience in OO ABAP, BAdIs, Enhancements, FPM, Feeder classes and BRFplus.
• Specialization in data validations and derivations using BRFplus and Badi
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and data quality frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MDG architecture, including hub deployment, co‑deployment, data replication, key mapping, value mapping, and cross‑system harmonization.k
• Experience managing workshops with business users, data owners, data stewards, IT teams, and enterprise architects.
