Job summary

Synapse XTL in Bangalore seeks an experienced SAP MDG Functional Consultant with 4+ years to design, configure and implement data governance solutions, focusing on the MDG BP module, workflow automation and MSME vendor compliance. Responsibilities include MDG design and configuration, BRF+/DRF workflows, SAP Fiori UI tweaks, and system integration with boundary apps and downstream systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain SAP S/4HANA MDG BP data models and configurations.
• Automate MDG workflows (BRF+/Rule-Based Workflow) and extend vendor automation to company codes.
• Design MSME certificate configuration processes to ensure vendor compliance.
• Enable and customize SAP Fiori applications to provide intuitive master data interfaces.
• Collaborate on SAP MDG integration with boundary apps and downstream systems.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for end-to-end configurations.

We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG Functional Consultant with over 4 years of dedicated expertise

to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing robust data governance solutions. A significant focus will be on the SAP MDG Business Partner (BP) module, workflow automation, and custom compliance configurations like MSME certification tracking for vendors.

Experience: 4+ years

Key Responsibilities-

• Core MDG Implementation: Design, configure, and maintain the SAP S/4HANA MDG Business
• Workflow Automation: Enhance and optimize existing MDG workflows to enable automation,
• specifically driving the seamless automatic extension of vendors to respective company codes.
• Compliance Configuration: Take ownership of designing and implementing the MSME certificate
• configuration process for vendors to meet compliance standards.
• Fiori & User Experience: Enable and customize SAP Fiori applications to provide an intuitive
• interface for business users managing master data.
• System Integration: Collaborate on the seamless integration of SAP MDG with various boundary
• applications and downstream systems.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather business requirements, translate them into functional
• specifications, and deliver end-to-end technical configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications-

• Experience: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on functional experience in SAP MDG.
• Module Expertise: Deep knowledge of S/4HANA MDG-BP (Business Partner) data models and
• structures.
• Technical Configurations: Proven expertise in MDG Workflow (BRF+ / Rule-Based Workflow) and
• Data Replication Framework (DRF).
• UI/UX: Solid understanding of SAP Fiori UI configurations and integration within MDG processes.
• Integration: Strong experience handling standard and custom integration touchpoints with
• boundary apps.
