Job summary

EY India is seeking a TechOps-SAP-Integration Suite-Manager to lead complex SAP integration initiatives with global reach. You will drive production support, design reviews, and vendor collaboration in a fast-paced delivery environment.

With 12+ years in SAP integration and 3+ years leading teams, you will mentor engineers, govern architectures and ensure security and compliance while delivering high-quality integration solutions across REST, SOAP, OData, SFTP, IDoc, and RFC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of SAP integration experience.
• 3+ years leading integration teams or managing enterprise platforms.
• SAP Integration Suite/BTP certifications preferred.

• Lead integration development teams and provide technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and oversee-ing team management as needed for task execution.
• Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.
• Technical Leadership Lead integration development teams and provide technical guidance.
• Review solution designs, integration flows, and technical specifications.
• Mentor developers and promote engineering excellence.
• Drive technology adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.
• SAP Integration Suite Operations (TechOps) Manage production support and operational readiness.
• Monitor integration interfaces and message processing.
• Handle incidents, root cause analysis, and problem management.
• Ensure SLA compliance and service availability.
• Implement proactive monitoring and alerting mechanisms.
• Solution Development & Delivery Oversee development of integration flows, APIs, mappings, and adapters.
• Support integrations using REST, SOAP, OData, SFTP, IDoc, RFC, and APIs.
• Participate in complex integration design and implementation activities.
• Ensure successful deployment through Dev, QA, and Production environments.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management Collaborate with business, SAP functional teams, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Manage relationships with implementation partners and external vendors.
• Present project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
• Governance, Compliance & Documentation Maintain architecture diagrams, integration catalogues, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive change management and release governance processes.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of SAP integration experience.
• 3+ years leading integration teams or managing enterprise integration platforms.
• SAP Integration Suite/BTP certifications preferred.
