Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP IBP OBP Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations and support for global supply chain planning. The role focuses on Order-Based Planning, Response & Supply Planning, and S/4HANA integration, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management and client communication.

The position is remote from India, with EU-shift timing (12 pm to 9 pm IST) and a contract of 6 months with potential extension.

Formación

• 8+ years SAP Supply Chain Planning experience.
• 3+ years hands-on SAP IBP OBP experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP IBP Response & Supply Planning (RSP).
• Experience configuring planning areas, key figures, attributes, master data, and planning operators.
• Knowledge of supply propagation, order prioritization, pegging, and supply allocation concepts.
• Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments.
• Hands-on in at least one full-cycle SAP IBP OBP implementation project.
• Understanding end-to-end supply chain planning, inventory, procurement, manufacturing and distribution processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• SAP IBP certification is preferred.
• Experience with APO PP/DS to IBP OBP migration is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end SAP IBP OBP implementations and rollouts.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP IBP solutions.
• Design, configure, and optimize SAP IBP OBP and RSP functionalities.
• Configure planning areas, key figures, attributes, master data, planning levels and rules.
• Implement and support supply planning processes including propagation and constraints.
• Work on multi-level pegging, allocation, and order fulfillment scenarios.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve planning accuracy and performance.
• Drive workshops, design discussions, gap analyses, and process improvements.
• Support integration between SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA/ECC systems.
• Execute SIT/UAT tests, defect resolution and production deployment.
• Provide production support and continuous enhancement of planning solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants and share SAP IBP best practices.

We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Order-Based Planning (OBP) Consultant with strong expertise in implementing and supporting SAP IBP planning solutions for global supply chain organizations. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge of Order-Based Planning, Response & Supply Planning, supply planning processes, and SAP S/4HANA integration.

Location : India(REMOTE)

Type : Contract (6 months -extendable)

Experience : 8+ years

Shift : EU - 12 pm to 9 pm IST- Remote

Requirements:

• 8+ years of overall SAP Supply Chain Planning experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP Order-Based Planning (OBP).
• Strong expertise in SAP IBP Response & Supply Planning (RSP).
• Proven experience configuring planning areas, key figures, attributes, master data, and planning operators.
• Strong knowledge of supply propagation, order prioritization, pegging, and supply allocation concepts.
• Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments.
• Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle SAP IBP OBP implementation project.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning, inventory planning, procurement, manufacturing, and distribution processes.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• SAP IBP certification is preferred.
• Experience with APO PP/DS to IBP OBP migration will be an added advantage.
