Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 10+ years of SAP supply chain planning experience.
• Strong hands-on experience supporting SAP IBP environments including:
• Demand Planning
• Supply Planning
• Inventory Optimization
• Experience supporting large-scale SAP transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes including:
• demand forecasting
• supply planning
• inventory optimization
• S&OP / Integrated Business Planning
• Experience supporting SAP IBP integrations with SAP S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience with:
• SAP Cloud Integration (CI/CPI)
• SAP BTP
• enterprise integration frameworks
• Experience supporting application operations, incident management, enhancements, and release activities.
• Experience coordinating testing activities including SIT and UAT.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with implementation partners and cross-functional global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Medical Device, MedTech, Life Sciences, or regulated manufacturing industries.
• Experience supporting greenfield SAP transformation programs.
• SAP IBP certification(s) preferred.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile and IT service management processes.
• Experience working within validated or regulated application environments is a plus.
