Job summary

valantic India is seeking an experienced SAP IBP professional to lead end-to-end IBP and S&OP implementations in a client-facing role. You will design IBP solutions, integrate with APO/ECC/HANA, and guide teams across Demand, Supply, and Inventory optimization projects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, drive agile project delivery, and contribute to complex IBP architectures with strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project experience with at least one SAP IBP implementation.
• Strong experience in Demand, S&OP, Inventory optimization and Supply and Response.
• End-to-end IBP implementation experience with client-facing role.
• Strong configuration and design skills with 2 to 8 years of experience.
• Aware of multilevel IBP design.
• Strong integration knowledge with APO, ECC and HANA.
• Experience leading SAP IBP implementations in a client-facing context.
• Expertise in optimizing forecast algorithms and lifecycle management.

Job description

Experience: 3+ years of project experience & at least one implementation

Your field of action -

• Strong experience in Demand, S&OP, Inventory optimization and Supply and Response
• Subject matter expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales & Operation Planning processes preferably with at least 4 end-to-end implementation experience with a client-facing role.
• Strong configuration and design skills required with 2 to 8 years of experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in IBP functionalities, including experience implementing allocation, and availability.
• Aware of multilevel IBP design.
• Strong integration knowledge with APO, ECC and HANA
• Sales and Operations planning functions, Technical leadership experience in architecting and collaborating with business process architect groups to develop efficient technical solutions in the areas of IBP and S&OP.
• Expertise in optimizing stat forecast algorithms, product lifecycle management and other forecast automation tools.

What distinguishes you

• You have worked for at least 1 year in the SAP IBP Area and could develop this time a deep understanding (functionally and/or technically) of at least one of the SAP IBP products (SAP IBP for S&OP, SAP IBP for Demand...)
• You have participated in multiple SAP IBP implementation projects already in a lead role.
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
• You are very much interested in excelling in your current area of expertise and want to extend this knowledge further.
• You enjoy agile project work.
• Your analytical skills are very strong.
