S2Integrators LLC. is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Project Manager with strong SAP SuccessFactors experience to lead end-to-end SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementation and transformation projects.

The candidate will manage project delivery, timelines, resources, risks, budgets, and client relationships, coordinating with functional, technical, and integration teams across global deployments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong experience managing SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
• Proven experience in project planning, delivery, governance, and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation and transformation projects.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resources.
• Manage planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.
• Coordinate with SAP SuccessFactors consultants, technical teams, and vendors.
• Manage modules such as Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning.
• Ensure requirements are understood and solution delivery is successful.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and escalation processes.
• Monitor progress against timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct status meetings and provide updates to senior management and clients.
• Maintain client communication and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Ensure documentation, governance, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer.
• Support UAT, go-live, hypercare, and post-production activities.
• Adhere to SAP methodologies and organizational standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities for business and technical teams.
• Manage multiple teams and workstreams to ensure delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands-on understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and HR processes. The candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery, timelines, resources, risks, budgets, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation and transformation projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Coordinate with SAP SuccessFactors functional consultants, technical teams, integration teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Manage implementation activities across SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and other HCM modules.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure successful solution delivery.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and escalation processes.
• Monitor project progress against agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide project updates to senior management and clients.
• Manage client communication and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with integration teams for integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Ensure appropriate project documentation, governance, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer.
• Support UAT, go-live, hypercare, and post-production activities.
• Ensure adherence to SAP implementation methodologies, project governance, and organizational standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations to business and technical teams.
• Manage multiple teams and workstreams while ensuring successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong experience managing SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
• Proven experience in project planning, delivery, governance, and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central.
• Good understanding of other SuccessFactors modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Employee Central Payroll.
• Experience working with global or large-scale SAP HCM transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integrations and data migration concepts.
• Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working directly with clients and senior business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification is preferred.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules is preferred.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
• Exposure to SAP BTP, Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, and middleware.
• Experience with global HR transformation programs.
• Experience managing multiple SuccessFactors workstreams simultaneously.
