Job description

• SAP GTS Expertise – End-to-end management of SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) including Compliance Management, Customs, and Risk Management.
• Integration with S/4HANA – Configure and integrate SAP GTS with S/4HANA for seamless business operations.
• Business Process Analysis – Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and provide suitable SAP GTS solutions.
• Incident & Change Request Management – Collaborate with business users to resolve day-to-day tickets and manage individual change requests.
• Trade Compliance & Customs – Implement trade preference processes, customs declarations, and risk management protocols.
• Feeder System Integration – Hands-on experience integrating SAP GTS with OTC, P2P, SD, MM, and TM processes.
• Process Modelling & Configuration – Configure business processes using Signavio, ARIS, or Visio for trade and customs solutions.
• Communication & Collaboration – Work directly with business users and cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong communication and technical skills.
