Overview

SAP GTS Consultant role at Tata Consultancy Services. Required 5+ years of experience as an SAP GTS Consultant with a focus on GTS implementation and integration projects. Experience in SAP S/4HANA is preferable. Location: TCS - Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Mumbai. Desired experience: 8-10 years.

Responsibilities

• Act as end-to-end responsible for all GTS topics including Compliance Management, Customs, and Trade Preferences to provide state-of-the-art solutions and services.
• GTS implementation experience with hands-on design and configuration in all modules/process areas: Customs Management, Trade Compliance, and Preference.
• Set up master data for GTS – Product Classification (ECCN/HSN), Business Partners, Customs and Duty rates, and manage related data.
• Manage master data and external datasets from sources like Descartes and Dow Jones.
• Work with middleware solutions (e.g., Seeburger) for data exchange and XML/IDoc configurations.
• SAP GTS integration with feeder systems (both SAP & non-SAP).
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules, including integration with SD, MM, and FI; TM is a plus.
• Develop functional specifications in SAP S4H Sales & Distribution, OTC, P2O and SAP GTS environments (Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, etc.).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Experience with SAP GTS E4H conversion is an added advantage; Hands-on knowledge of SAP ABAP is a plus.
