Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an SAP GTS support professional in Bengaluru to manage and optimize SAP GTS processes and ECC integration within logistics. The role covers incident management, on-call support, and ensuring ITIL-aligned governance across incident, problem, change, and release management.

You will coordinate with business and technical teams, prepare documentation, and participate in testing activities (UT, SIT, UAT). Remote/hybrid arrangements are available depending on client requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting SAP GTS processes (Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management).
• Experience with SAP ECC integrations in logistics.
• Strong incident management and SLA adherence.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1.5/L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Perform RCA for recurring issues.

Job description

• \"Support SAP GTS processes including Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management, Preference Processing, SPL Screening, Embargo Checks, and integration with ECC logistics processes.
• Provide L1.5/ L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
• Handle Service Requests and standard changes.
• Deliver minor enhancements and configuration updates.
• Support deployment activities and transport management.
• Coordinate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams.
• Prepare functional/technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Participate in on-call support during business-critical periods.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
• Work with monitoring tools and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
• Support testing activities including Unit Testing (UT), SIT, and UAT.
• Ability work in Shifts supporting Multiple Regional Support
