Job summary

Zettamine Labs is seeking an SAP GTS Consultant with hands-on experience in GTS support and implementation. You will manage SPL screening, HTS code handling, and license determinations for international trade.

You will resolve help desk tickets, draft functional specs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SAP module interactions. Testing, integrations, and exports/imports knowledge are essential for projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP GTS Support/Implementation.
• Hands-on knowledge of SPL screening, HTS, and license determination.
• Ability to resolve help desk tickets and support business users.
• Create functional specs for reports, interfaces, conversions, forms and workflows.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to assess impact on SAP modules.
• Design and execute test plans to verify requirements.
• Support SAP integration activities for mergers, acquisitions and upgrades.
• Proficient in Export/Import and Foreign Trade processes.
• GTS modules: Compliance, Customs, and Risk Management.
• GTS Reporting and Interfaces knowledge, NAFTA aware.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely user support for SAP GTS issues.
• Prepare functional specifications based on requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration consistency.
• Design and execute test plans to verify business requirements.
• Support SAP integration activities during mergers, acquisitions, or upgrades.
• Maintain Export/Import and Foreign Trade knowledge for projects.
• Configure HTS, US/Canada classifications, and license determination.
• Assist with SAP GTS reporting and interfaces.

Job description

SAP GTS Consultants of experience in SAP GTS Support / Implementation as mentioned below.

• Experienced in SPL screening, SPL data uploads, HTS,EU commodity codes upload, configuration, Import process and License determination
• Should have Knowledge of different country classification data like US,EUROPE,CHINA, Customs duty calculation and handling issues during customs filings.
• Able to address and resolve help desk tickets in a timely and efficient manner, providing hands-on user support as needed
• Prepare functional specifications based on the requirements to support the development of reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms and workflows.
• Work with other cross-functional teams during development and configuration activities to ensure impact to other SAP modules and processes is considered
• Design, document and execute test plans to ensure business requirements and functional specifications are implemented properly and meet business objectives
• Support SAP integration activities as needed for mergers, acquisitions, CIPs, and SAP technical upgrades.
• Export and Import knowledge & Foreign Trade processes
• Knowledge & practical work experience of SAP GTS modules: Compliance Management , Custom Management & Risk Management
