BT Group in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced SAP IT Audit professional to lead risk and control engagements. You will implement, support, and enhance SAP GRC Process Control solutions, focusing on data integrity, controls testing, and compliance reporting across SAP ECC/S4 HANA landscapes.

Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, designing controls, and delivering dashboards and audits while adhering to SOX ITGC standards.

Formación

• Minimum 4-8 years of experience in SAP IT Audit.
• Lead SAP Risk and Controls projects with high-quality delivery.
• 2-3 Risk & Control engagements covering pre- and post-implementation reviews.
• Perform SAP audits focusing on system integrity and data accuracy.
• Design and assess SAP S4 controls, identify gaps and improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk into projects.

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on experience implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP GRC PC solutions end-to-end.
• Troubleshoot SAP GRC PC production issues and provide sustainable solutions.
• Configure and support GRC PC Master data, Controls Testing, Assessments, and Certifications.
• Create, maintain, and monitor CCMs in SAP GRC.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics for management reporting.
• Work with stakeholders, control owners, auditors, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Conduct research and prepare business presentations and information memorandums.
• Maintain productive relationships with business and ensure adherence to quality protocols.
• Oversee task execution, resource management, and team coordination.

• Hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP GRC Process Control solutions, including end-to-end delivery of enhancements from requirement gathering through deployment and post-production support.
• Strong experience in analysing, troubleshooting, and resolving SAP GRC Process Control production issues and providing sustainable solutions.
• Experience in configuring and supporting GRC PC Master data, Control Testing, Assessments, MCP, Surveys, and Certifications within SAP GRC Process Control.
• Expertise in creating, maintaining, and monitoring Automated Controls (CCMs) in SAP GRC
• Experience in development and maintenance of compliance dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics for management reporting and audit requirements.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, control owners, auditors, and technical teams to deliver compliance and governance solutions.
• Evaluates business models, processes, and operations to develop a good understanding of business needs and requirements.
• Perform control testing for both ITAC & ITGC as per the scope and requirement.
• Work effectively as a team member, share responsibility, provide support, maintain communication and update senior team members on progress of tasks.
• Conduct research and assist senior team members in preparing business presentations and information memorandums.
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with business.
• Ensuring adherence to quality protocols specified for the project.
• Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
