Job summary

Qnity is seeking an experienced SAP GLM/EHS specialist to support and enhance our global labeling processes across manufacturing and supply chain. You will act as the functional SME for labeling, drive improvements, and partner with Regulatory, Quality, and IT teams to ensure compliant, efficient labeling solutions.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to lead requirements, design, testing, and deployment of labeling initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting SAP GLM, SAP EHS, or related labeling and compliance processes.
• Strong understanding of labeling, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing business processes.
• Experience leading business process improvements, system implementations, testing, and operational support activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business process owner and SME for SAP GLM, WWI, and labeling-related SAP EHS processes.
• Support global labeling operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient label generation and management.
• Partner with Regulatory, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and ongoing support for labeling initiatives and system enhancements.
• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend sustainable solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and data quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex labeling, master data, and system-related issues with minimal supervision.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, testing artifacts, and standard operating procedures.
• Support audits, compliance activities, and business readiness efforts related to labeling and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to business users and less experienced team members.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging technology, automation, and best practices.

Responsible for supporting and enhancing global labeling business processes through SAP Global Label Management (GLM) and SAP EHS. Acts as the functional subject matter expert for label management, regulatory compliance, process improvements, system enhancements, and operational support.
